Questions

Frequently asked questions

Mainland or free zone: which is right for me?

It depends on where your clients are, whether you will trade directly in the UAE market, how many visas you need and whether you need a physical office. We explain the trade-offs and recommend in writing.

Are government fees included in your quote?

Every quote lists government fees at cost, itemised, and our service fee separately. Nothing is added later without your written approval.

Do you guarantee approval?

No one can honestly guarantee approval: banks decide. What we guarantee is a complete, accurate file and daily follow-up. For bank account and financing files, you pay our fee only if the bank approves.

Do I need to be in the UAE?

Some steps can start remotely, but medical tests and biometrics require you to be in the UAE. We schedule them to keep your visits short.

Do I qualify for the Golden Visa?

Eligibility depends on the category, for example investors, entrepreneurs, skilled professionals or outstanding talent. We assess your case first and tell you honestly if you qualify before any application.

How does the monthly PRO plan work?

You pay a fixed monthly fee that covers an agreed number of transactions. Extra transactions are priced from a written schedule, and government fees are always charged at cost.
